"Had one of the male nail techs do my nails and he was obviously in a rush. Drilled my nails to the point that he was drilling my skin with minor bleeding. Putting the acrylic base on my nail and onto my skin, so when you put it in the UV light, it stung so bad. Went here twice and got the male nail tech and another lady. Both of them had so much force while filing my nails done and the next day, my nail beds were painful and sore. I tried to give this place another chance but form some reason, they’re not gentle at all. I think only the owner is the one who’s really good in this place. But the rest of them? I don’t think so. Except the people who does pedicures. If you had good experience here, good for you. But not for me. I never went back after experiencing the same thing all the time. And also, they speak their vietnamese language and they say bad comments on their customers. I didn’t say anything but I understand it."
