"Online purchase and fulfillment is horrible. I bought a purse for my mom's birthday ahead of time since I work full-time with a newborn. I don't have time to go in store. They sent me the wrong item and for someone who tries to do their best to plan ahead this caused anxiety. I attempted multiple times to get help via telephone customer service and no one picked up. Voicemail is full and I couldn't leave a message either. I resorted to online customer service and it takes them more than 24 hours to respond. Only to say they need the wrong item back FIRST before they send me my money's worth! Returning an item is not an issue even if they made the mistake. But lots of companies send the correct item first and not hold their customer's money "hostage" for something they were not able to do correctly. If I don't return the wrong item, charge me for it. But don't inconvenience your customers further by harassing them into returning the wrong item first before you send the right one which is what you should have done in the first place!"
