"Usually a good haircut with no issues. Checked in last week and specifically requested Anita as she has cut my hair previously very well. When I got there I noticed Anita was not working and my name had been changed to "First Available" without any notice to me. I ended up getting passed over for someone behind me who had requested Katie B despite me being above them on the list. So I am already running late getting back to work and when Katie does finally get me to the chair she mentions that I "need" to do the hair wash/etc. so that she can cut the top because I had product in it and if I don't, "it might be uneven then" - her words... I've been getting my hair cut for 30 years. Have been putting product in my hair first thing in the morning for 30 years. Never once has it been said to me that the top cannot be cut unless we shampoo it. Once I declined (mostly because I didn't have any time for it) that it seemed like she was aggravated and proceeded to just give me the quickest most rushed haircut she could. Not clarifying how much I wanted taken off the top at all, just chop chop chopping.
