"Store hours say till 8pm. I came at 744pm and the doors were locked and the employee said they were closed...meanwhile there was a customer at the register. I had a pick up over. Plan to cancel it. What's the point of store hours."
"Earv, the manager at this location has to be one of the worst employees I’ve ever come across. As a frequent shopper at many Footlocker locations this is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. He refused to let me return my purchase because he knew I was going to use the refund to make a different purchase. He used the word “finesse”, as if I was trying to get over by simply returning a product I purchased that didn’t fit to make a new purchase. He said if I wasn’t going to use the refund on the new purchase he would of returned the pair of sneakers, which made no sense."
