"Horrible service! There were 3 employees surrounding the register talking amongst themselves. I was never greeted or asked if I needed any assistance when I walked into the store. I walked around the store and when I needed assistance I had to call out for help multiple times, way more than a customer should. The energy and vibe was very negative. I felt as if I was bothering them for needing assistance. It seemed like they didn’t want to be at work because they weren’t helpful at all and would walk away when I still needed help. I love shopping at Aldo but this is one Aldo I won’t be spending any of my money at. Very disappointing!"

"I used to shop Aldo all of time. I came into this store right before Christmas to get my sister a very specific style of boots. There were 4 employees in the middle of the store conversing (it was actually dead and I didn't realize they were all emolyees... some were overdressed for the job and some were not). I pick out the boots within 5 mins but need to ask for her size. That's when I see that the chitchat is over, and that one of the super fancy ones is an employee, and that she's just standing there, forever fixing her hair in the mirror. I put my hand on the display boot, she looks right at me, and nothing! I loudly say to my husband, "If I'm spending $100 on boots, it ain't gonna be here", and leave. As we're leaving, is when someone actually acknowledges us. I drove to the nearest DSW and gladly spent $140."
