"The first time I went to Mr cuts I wasn't happy after my long hair had dried out.. The girl did a rush job(I had a photo of what I wanted) and she didn't copy it...It needed thinning out and layerd....The next day I went back but she wasn't there...I explained what had happened and Destiny was more than willing to fix what the other girl didn't do free of charge and now I'm really happy how it came out...BTW I did tip her...I would still recommend them to others but you'll aways have that one person who isn't up to par and couldn't even copy a style I had on hand"

"Pretty much been going here for 2 years. Always was great, until recent in July. I always got good hair cuts surely always tip very well. I went in there on a weekend In July as I needed a hair cut for an event. Completely messed up my hair, gave me a fade, way to high. Front is way to short to spike. Back of it on top way to damn long, all messy; uneven. I can’t even doing Anything with this hair, I have to wear a hat. It looks completely terrible. It’s embarrassing, I don’t know why they hire people for weekend help that can’t cut hair, but after this I’m disappointed and don’t think I’ll ever go back. Sadly I told the guy take 10 for a tip he took 15 and wouldn’t give me my change like I can’t count money. It’s not right. I actually laughed and thought wow. After that I’m sorry, I’ll never come back here again."
