"Disappointed by my experience taking my children there yesterday. The one woman was very nice & took her time doing my son's hair & did a great job. The other woman was rude, never smiled, rushed through it, didn't do anything close to what we asked for and then proceeded to over charge me for kids hair cuts. Also, when I asked her to trim up little wispy hairs along his side burns she told me, "That's his hair line. If we trim that he will look bald." I guess she's never heard of a shape up which is odd seeing that she works in a men's hair salon. I wanted to argue with her & tell her I have been cutting my kids hair for years & have done it myself many times & it never looked bad or made him bald. Very odd. I will be calling back today to rectify her over charging but the more I think about it the more frustrated I get."
