"I only leave reviews for truly deserving local businesses, and I couldn't be happier with my visit to Swagger & Blade. This barber shop is awesome. I was in NJ from TN for work, looked around at a few different barber shops, and decided to go with Swagger & Blade. It's a neat shop packed with genuinely interesting people and good vibes. The shop is centrally located to all the bars and restaurants and other businesses in Asbury, so you can knock out several birds with one stone by heading their way. Their merchandise is sick, too. Solid local business worth supporting!"

"My GF gave me a gift card to this place for Christmas. While I'm not big into "self-care" of this sort, it was a much appreciated gift and I was eager to give them a try. I didn't go in with a recommendation as to who to use, so I decided to see one of the more experienced barbers in the line-up, Brian, and I wasn't disappointed. Dude did a straight razor shave on the head and trimmed my beard up real nice. After I left I realized what a dirt-bag I can look like sometimes. I'll definitely be going back from time to time, mainly to get the beard cleaned up. I highly recommend Brian if you are unsure who to roll with. I appreciate his straight-forward style, he didn't ask me 20 questions about my life. If you want a friend get a dog, if you want a good cut go see Brian. Overall, the shop has a cool vibe to it, as one can tell from the pictures. It reminds me of a place I went to back in the day in the East Village."
