"We hired Arnold Espiritu of National Public Adjustment from the past because he did a good job maximizing our home damage claim. We constantly refer him to all our friends. We hired him again for the 2nd time on a water damage we have in our kitchen ceiling that was caused by a minor leak from the above bathroom. The insurance adjuster was trying to limit the scope of the affected area , but Arnold was able to negotiate and widen the scope of the area to be covered by the insurance. Very professional, efficient and responsive and keep us up to date. Arnold took care of our claim from the start up to the settlement. His multiple licenses in insurance (ie, Public Adjuster, insurance agent of auto and home, life, health), realtor and certified on mold , water mitigation, fire, etc, helped a lot in winning my claim. "I used a different public adjuster years ago for different situation. Recently, my home suffered extensive water damage. National Public Adjustment LLC was the most professional, knowledgeable, experienced public adjuster anyone could hope or expect to partner with during such a stressful time. It was a blessing to me to have found my way to that company. One of its adjusters, Arnold Espiritu was my primary contact. He was very responsive to my questions and concerns. He knew both insurance processes and repair requirements and explained them so a non-professional like me could easily understand. He always spoke to me, without speaking down to me. The insurance company contracted for a water remediation company to prepare my home for restoration activities. That water remediation company carelessly dumped many of my un-damaged, precious personal property items into the ~50 large black bags of legitimate debris. Arnold went far beyond any responsibility he otherwise had according to our contract. When I described the loss of my personal property, Arnold volunteered to help me open and sift through each of those ~50 bags to find my personal property. I didn't have to ask...I would not have had the courage to ask...Arnold volunteered. On a very cold, rainy day Arnold got shoulder deep into the bags and retrieved personal property. Based on Arnold's high levels of professionalism and caring I would recommend National and Arnold without reservation. My only regret is that I cannot award more than 5 stars to Arnold's/ National's support of me and my claim for damages."
