"I am so happy with the Brace Place. I started off with another orthodontist office. Big mistake. I wound up starting all over with my son. The best thing I did. The staff is very friendly, when you call and when you come in. It’s always a pleasure, never a dread to call, like other orthodontists offices. Stephanie in billing is amazing! She really went above and beyond to help me. The office is very clean , they make the kids feel comfortable at all ages. State of the art equipment! I’m very happy I made the switch. "The worst experience of my entire life. Not accommodating with appointment setting. I was told they would accommodate my child according to the academic schedule and when I went to set the next appointment the receptionist said NO....we can not accommodate. Now my child has gone for nearly two months with out the follow up visits because they just don't give a darn. As long as they are debiting your account every month for their money. My child's mouth is an absolute mess!!!! **Do not use Brace Place in Freehold NJ you will regret it."
