"I had recently a claim which was denied by this insurance company third party,I'm with this company for good couple of years, never put for any claim up until this year,that was a very bad experience with this company, they hired third party to do field Inspection just to deny every single claim ,this company along with the third party are the worse ever ,this is the company to hire if you want to waste your money and time,bad bad bad business, I just can not say enough about how terrible are along with their third party company SEDGWICK ,i will never recommend those companies to no body .imagine you pay and pay and pay for close to 10 years and once you have a problem they just left their hands away from you and you find yourself without help at all ,all what you get is a denial letter in your email."

"They love money. I’m not saying it a bad thing. But if have an accident and they had to pay you a lot of money they will find a reason not to renew your contract or find something to break apart with the contract you currently have with them. What the point of insurance if they can’t help you when your building has occur an accident or injury, damage?"

"My home was damaged due to hurricane Ida. It's been over two months and I am still waiting for them to settle my claim. My home now has mold causing me to have shortness of breath. I had to move in with relatives until the claim is settled. They are trying to find a reason not to pay out. By far the worst. STAY AWAY!!!"

"Hurricane IDA severely damaged my son property on September 3, 2021, and Most of his neighbors who experienced damage to their properties by the hurricane IDA have been compensated by their insurance. Those not yet paid by their insurance have already received adjusters from their company to assess their damage. Hyundai has not sent anyone to visit the property to inspect the damage, and all efforts to reach them on the phone proved abortive. I want to use this medium to reach out to those having claims with the company to reach out to us to fight this company. We must ensure that they settle our claim, or we run them out of business."

"If I could give them a negative star I would but you are forced to give them one star to post this! We were paid SOME money to repair our house but far from enough to actually repair the damages. It cost us alot out of pocket. The Employees were rude and argumentative at every step, beginning with the adjuster to the desk adjuster. There was no one to help or complain to about these employees. They are IT! and they were HORRIBLE. DO NOT USE THEM! I tell everyone I know not to ever use this company."
