"Their ok but if you need a c o i that department they dont acknowledge your emails which is irritating I know it takes time to submit a certificate of insurance but at least acknowledge that you recieved the email request and your working on providing a c o i. I shouldn't have to call another department to get through to them their really nice in the beginning when they selling you your policy though that's about it"
