"The worst place ever!!!! Came in at 9 am and waited 4 hrs to be seen for them to not provide any services on me. On top of that for me to get an infected extraction they are giving me an appointment in june 2024!!!!"
"Never go to this place at all worst service ever. I arrived for my 2:30 appointment on time was called at 4:30 the injection was not working I advised the doctor about this he said he thinks I was lying to him sir I was not. I felt everything they were doing and told them it was hurting way to much they disregarded me.they weren’t done with me till 5:30 pm oh and let me clarify they were rushing to get home didn’t give me my follow up appointment this was the worst care I had even received wouldn’t recommend at all. They don’t listen to your concerns and disregard you and the receptionist are so disrespectful how do they even still have jobs"
"I went here for the first time today. Rest assured, I'm never going back. The environment was atrocious with people waiting for a ridiculously amount of time, while the receptionists slouched around having little to no care to attend their patients. Simply unprofessional."
"I go get two teeth extraction last week why did the dentist leave a piece of tooth in my gums. I called the receptionist tells me she can't guarantee that they will do another extraction to remove the piece of tooth. This is crazy only place on Staten island that removed teeth on Staten island who takes Medicaid and they aren't good. They forgot about me last week and I was last patient there so they was rushing to do the work. U wait month on months for appointment."
"If i could give it negative 3 stars I would. I went here as a walk in on 6/30. I was in a lot of pain in my back molar tooth. Since they didn’t accept my insurance and I had told them I will pay out of pocket, they dismissed me with some weak antibiotics & Motrin. On 7/11, my face blew up and I went to the e/r. They had told me to come back in the morning to the dental clinic and they will assist me. To make a long story short - they tried to extract a tooth while i was really swollen and then screamed at me when I told them the injections they were giving me was not numbing me up enough. One of the short long browned hair female dentists was extremely rude to me and called me a liar when i told them it was painful. I had told her I can’t take it anymore and asked her to stop bc how rough she was handling me. She was very rude, not a nice person and seem like she didn’t like her job. She tried to admit me to the hospital bc i refused to let her finish the work. I ended up leaving, going to Dr. Fred Hect the same day and paid out of pocket like how i would of for the hospital and he did a fantastic job with giving me the right meds and pulling the tooth out with no pain. And his prices are fair! I do not recommend ever going here unless you like being screamed at and disrespected."
