"After years of going to the same dentist, I have decided enough going to an office filled with miserable staff that cannot stand each other, and enough of the aggressive hands of the dentist treating me. Being so used to going to the same place and not used to looking for another office, it took me nearly 3 years to finally look into another dentist, considering the only thing I knew of a dentist's office, was staff that couldn't seem to stand each other. I did not think an office with happy and friendly dentists existed. My insurance sent me a list of in-network offices, and to my surprise all it took was 1 phone call to this office (it was the first one on the list), and I decided to give it a try. From the secretaries to the DRs, these have got to be not only very professional, but extremely pleasant people to work with. From my past experiences, secretaries are overwhelmed, and often that affects their patience answering questions over the phone. From my questions about the office and work I would need to get done, the secretary was nothing but patient with her answers, bringing me comfort in no longer calling another office and trying them out. I was seen by Dr Lin and Dr Kohanbash herself. I must say these are not only extremely patient Drs with the questions I come with, they are also extremely gentle while performing on my teeth. The previous office I spent years going to has scratched my tongue on occasion while drilling, tho Ive asked many times to hold my tongue down. Thats not the case with Dr Kohanbash's office.... wheew! They use gear that holds the tongue far out of the way of the drill, and gear that either prevents drool from being swallowed, or other gear that prevents the saliva from even going into the mouth while drilling. From the secretaries to the Drs at this office, they are not only very professional, they are also very pleasant to deal with, and are extremely sweet and gentle on my mouth while performing on it.. I am nothing but greatful to have found this place after only one call off a massive list, and feel that anyone in the Midwood area looking for a dentist they would not regret going to should definitely try this place out.
