"I am satisfied with this office so far. Receptionist were polite and helpfull. There were clear about the thing that they shall tell me before each procedure whether it is covered by the insurance or not. Not everyone does that, some by purpose. The doctor was very friendly and sraight forward. The receptionist told me that oral surgeons are dificult to find on the Staten Island and I shall look for them in Brooklyn, that they usually have appointments in one or thwo months, and so on, which was very helpful. Not everyone says stuff like that."
