"I have been a long time customer of Kevin (6+ years), but the service I received today was not worth $50, not even $15. Both the fade and the mustache were cut noticeably asymmetric. It is not my fault that your other customers are late. I am on time. Don't try to make up your time by giving me a quick and bad cut. I don't care if the game is on the TV, I still expect you to put your main focus on my cut. 30+ minutes wait with an appointment, not the first time. Asymmetric cut, not the first time."

"The experience that I had at Mr. Freshcut wasn’t what I quite expected. I had made an appointment to get a haircut with Rick and without any consideration or a call ahead of time telling me he was not able to cut my hair just left without even apologizing or bringing up the situation. Another barber told me to take a seat and in my head I’m expecting for Rick to finish up cutting the last person, but that wasn’t the case. He left and did not say anything to me. I drove about 25 minutes expecting to get a haircut from him and needed a haircut for a special event coming up this weekend. I was already frustrated and didn’t want to make this ride go to waste I gave this barber a chance. Although the barber was very nice I did not like my haircut. I showed them a picture of how I normally get it and explained what I keep and not keep and also asked specifically for a low fade when I received a high fade. I felt I was being dismissed on both sides from Rick and this barber cutting me by not listening to what I exactly asked for and even showed an example of what I wanted. I thought it was unprofessional for Rick to leave without consideration and should have called me to reschedule or simply cancel my appointment. The price I paid for the haircut does not meet the expectation or quality and experience that I received at this place. The fade was uneven and cut way too high. The situation was very frustrating and disappointing."
