"Had an appointment today with Michelle and let me start off by saying not only is she friendly and welcoming but also super talented in what she does. I came in for a simple retwist but ended up leaving with locs I can actually be happy to look at now. The person that started me off was not very caring on what I wanted but Michelle did her absolutely best (exceeding my expectations as well) to help restore my locs. Beyond happy with the service and will only be going back to her. First 2 are after seeing Michelle last one was from prior stylist"

"Rah went above and beyond ! Haircuts can be really tough for kids with sensory issues. My son is autistic, he’s had trouble with haircuts. Everyday for months we would pass the Barbershop and Rah would wave hello through the window. We would watch people get multiple haircuts through the window. Each time he would get closer and closer to the door, and one day he was finally able to enter the shop to say hello and leave quickly. Rah always greeted him with a smile, took the time and slowly gained his trust. When your child is on the spectrum, most people do not what to be bothered, kids can feel that energy, but not him. All it took was for someone to say, I’m going to patient, I’m going to take my time, I’m going to do what he needs, and not worry about anything else. Rah offered to take the time to cut his hair on his DAY OFF, so there wasn’t other distractions to minimize my sons anxiety. Rah is all about meeting your child where they are at. So if that means the cut needs to be done on the floor, by the door, outside, the stool, wherever he needs to be he will cut their hair in their confines. Rah reassured him every step of the way, offering him words of encouragement, patience, and comfort, which is so important to help them with the process. He knew he was safe. His smile at the end of priceless. This man has a superpower that most men do not possess. We are truly blessed to have met him. It’s been a game changer. ❤️"

"The loc technician was very pleasant and soft spoken. On my way out, I had an conversation with the owner, who also was pleasant and instructed me on how to make an appointment for my grandson to get his haircut, with his last words, if I have any questions feel free to contact him."
