"I was at the store, today Saturday February 3rd,2024 and the “blonde girl”there at 11:56am was very rude. Didn’t even greet back when I said hello and then gave us a hard time returning an online order although we had the return paper with the order number and everything in it. After a good 20 minutes she then decides to say “oh I can just take a look at the credit card you use” meanwhile I asked her why she couldn’t given us that option since the beginning and why she had a slightly attitude from the minute we went to the register and she just ignored me and didn’t even apologize for the way she treated us. Because of her instead of getting something else for my return which was my plan from the beginning I decided to just get a full refund of $85+ and take my business someplace else."

"Came to the mall today to buy a pair of shoes they were suppose to open at 11am i waited 15 mins and finally see the girl walking back up the store with coffee and breakfast in her hands. When i ask her if she’s finally opening she said “not yet”."

"The employ that I encountered was a blonde haired woman. This employ was very inattentive. She was very disrespectful, the that I ordered shoes were dirty. My experience in this store was horrible."

"I had an unfortunate experience at Aldo in Woodbridge Mall. The buy one, get 40% off deal lured me in, but it turned out to be a mistake. The sales associate tried to sell me a scratched display shoe without disclosing it was a display item. When I came back to returned the shoe due to sizing issues, the same representative ignored me for an online return and made me wait for 30 minutes. She claimed the system was down for returns, but I observed her selling to other customers. The next day, another representative claiming to be the manager reluctantly accepted a return for one pair but refused the other, alleging they looked used. It became clear they sold me another display shoe. Overall, the customer service was disappointing and unprofessional. I won't be purchasing from Aldo ever again. The experience of this brand is ruin and I’ll make sure to let my family, coworkers, customers, and friends know about it. I never experience service like that, I felt cheated and scammed."

"The worst customer service!!! I went to return my brand new shoes this girl working there kept saying she not going to return my shoes because they would just be siting at their store and not sell. How is that my problem? If there is something wrong with your product, why cant I return it at your store? The most ridiculous thing i ever heard!!! She said If i want to return it, i need to get customer service online to send her an email. Online it literally says i can return at any aldo location. I wouldnt even give this place 1 star. I went to aldo in menlo mall and no issue returning. These people just have way too much free time on their hands and not wanna do their jobs."
