"I was charged $125 to replace the handles of a fake Louis Vuitton bag. I knew that it was an excessive amount being that the straps were an inch wide but I decided to have it done. The piece that held the strap was broken and the owner wants an astronomical amount to fix that. You would have thought the small piece that held the straps were replaced in the first order to accommodate the new straps! Ridiculous ‼️"

"Extremely happy with the service! Excellent quality work at a very reasonable price with friendly service. I brought in a Keen sandal that had lots of wear left in it but the stitching was coming loose and it had torn elastic around the heel. Vinnie fixed it right there as I waited and it came out better than new. Saved me the cost of a new pair for a fraction of the cost. Also, there's one less pair of shoes in the landfill. A win-win all around. I'd recommend this shop without reservation (there aren't many left)."
