But 3 months later my sole started to peel so I brought it back in with no outcome expected. Grace, the store manager, was able to pull up my receipt with a few key bits of info, and replaced my boots on the spot with a brand new pair. This was above and beyond what I expected. I've made it a point to applaud great experiences with businesses I'd recommend, rather than complain about the baddies out there, and Doc Martens makes the short list big time.
