"Ehhh not my favorite shopping experience. It was very crowded when I went in. I knew what I wanted. Should have been in and out. It took me 20 minutes to get a sales associate’s attention because it was so crowded. When I did they were kind but clearly too busy. I said I was ready to purchase and they looked kind of put off. They went to go get the handheld sales terminal and didn’t come back for 15 minutes."

"The best store experience in williamburg!! Melissa and Dayvian couldn’t have been more helpful or personable. The store was clean, organized and had the perfect style I was looking for. Even brought up multiple options in my size since the leathers are different for each shoe. Never going back to the soho location when this is 100x better."

I was refused a return after literally wearing the shoes for a few *minutes* because they only accept unworn shoes. There is quite literally no proof of wear. I’ve attached a picture.
