"Even though there is a Sport Clips closer to my home, I will happily drive to New Providence to have Denise cut my son's hair. Denise is patient, kind, and gives my son a great cut every single time (even when he doesn't always stay still in the chair). I would highly recommend Denise and the Sport Clips Haircuts of New Providence to anyone with children, especially children with special needs or who need a little extra patience and kindness when getting their haircut."

"Very disappointing. Elizabeth didn’t do the best job. The cut was uneven at the back and on the right side. The front part wasn’t great as well. We ended up that the store manager needed to finish the job. I promised to pay (and paid) double to get at least good enough results, but looking into the final result, we’ll need to go to another barber shop in few days to try to fix it."

"The woman working here was extremely rude to my son and me. We were simply going to ask if she could accommodate a walk in. She did not greet us when we walked in. She asked if we were “on the board” and said they are closed. I said I didn’t know what “the board” was and their website says they close at 7:00 and it was a few minutes after 6:00 at the time. She could have nicely explained how things work there and said they are fully booked for the night, but instead made me and my son feel terrible. I will never set foot in this place again and will tell all of my friends about my experience. Absolutely terrible customer service!"

"I was very happy with my experience at Sports Clips of New Providence! It was very clean and the staff was so nice! Denise cut my hair and did a great job and she was very friendly! I will always go back when I'm in town and in need for a haircut."

"While the hair dresser was very friendly the hair cut she performed was absolutely horrible. We asked for a typical hair cut for teenage boys, short on the sides and back longer on the top. She must have used a different size guard to cut the sides than the one she used for the back because you can see my son's scalp on the sides and not in the back and where the top meets the bottom part of the cut where she didn't use the buzzer, it's all different lengths! Absolutely the worse hair cut my son has EVER gotten. We will never go there again. The only reason I rated it 1 star is because the ladies were welcoming, just wish the person we got knew how to cut hair well!"
