"The WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced! I purchased the Crue Suede Boots and once home I realized I was given the display! One of the boots was visibly worn and they display tags were still attached. The next morning I was told by management not only were they unable to discount the boots but they have no obligation to disclose they’re selling and giving me the display! Additionally they were completely unapologetic and rude! GO ELSEWHERE!"

"BUYER BEWARE! I contacted Steve Madden to let them know that a pair of their bandit boots had fallen apart after only 4 wears. This happened because the crossbar on a buckle broke while I was doing nothing more than walking a short distance. I was informed somehow this does not qualify as a manufacturer's defect and because I was about 2 weeks past the 60 day purchase window the best they could do was offer me a 20% discount on a future purchase. This is a completely unacceptable resolution. I used to think they were a quality brand but have unfortunately been proven wrong. I've had walmart boots hold up better than theirs at a fraction of the price"
