"Disappointing customer service, upon walking into the store there was only one employee who was helping someone behind the register. After several minutes two employees one appearing to be a manager or key holder since she had keys on her wrist came out from the back talking to each other. The employee with the keys had come over to help the next customer in line which was myself since there was no one on the floor to answer my question. They answered my question but immediately started talking to their co worker after answering and printing register receipts asking about the dollar amount of the last sale which is definitely tacky. They didn’t offer to help further or in any other way. I was immediately turned off by the experience, they lost out on a sale and though they weren’t out right rude to me their customers don’t come across as a first priority. For their price point of their products they need to step up their customer experience. I won’t shop at this location and for anyone who likes good customer service you should probably shop at another location or online."

"Worst Customer service in America. What an Embarrassment! Everybody in store couldnt believe how bad it was. How about making sure they have at least a 3rd grade education before hiring them. If you dont laugh at the situation at this store it will piss you off"

"Doing a return exchange since my coworker had a discount the night before and let me know to tell them at the register. The manager said there is no discount and to point out the employee that is giving out a discount. Shame on the manager trying to get customers to snitch on her employees. Her employees are out here giving a 10/10 service and here she is demanding I tell her who is giving a discount."

"Nah this experience was horrible this customer service is crazy. I went to go buy Christmas gifts and we were looking for different sizes and the girl got annoyed and said why don’t we just get the right size and rolled her eyes and gave a big attitude"

"I went today into the store with my husband to get him so slippers. The costumer service was terrible! The First Lady that I asked for help said that she was clocking out to ask someone else instead of looking for someone to help me. I was looking for someone but they all wear regular close, I ended up asking a girl who was talking with the other one about their scheduled.. I told her that my husband wanted to try some shoes and she made this exact comments “ok but which one? We have so many” in such a sarcastic way… she wasn’t helpful at all! For a store where you are going to spend minimum 110$ I would expect way better costumer service. The employee had dark skin and I think orange hair. Very rude lady. They lost a sell cause I took my husband there as a surprise to buy it for him but we both felt uncomfortable with the treat so we decided to leave."
