"Do not go to this store on Springfield Ave. They do not treat their customers with dignity and respect! I went in there today with my two children. (Ages 12 & 10). The customer service was horrible. It took awhile for us to be serviced. When we were finally serviced, they gave us one sneaker!!!! I asked for the other sneaker so my ten year old son could try it on. They refused. They told me that he has to try one shoe on at a time. He will be wearing both shoes at the same time, therefore we need to see how the shoe fits. I talked to the manager and he told me it was the store policy. I am upset, hurt, and embarrassed that they think this low of people in this community. No other Snipes treat their customers this way. I am not a thief, and I am an honest person. Not only was I disrespected but my children were too. Any body who shops there is being disrespected by this store. Today’s visit was hurtful and wasteful! Do not shop here!!!! Go anywhere but here!!!!"
