"I recently ordered my son a few back to school sneakers online. I was sent the wrong item, I went to my local footlocker which is the Passaic location. The sad part was that I knew i was not going to be taken care of as soon as I walked in. My family was not even greeted, when I explained the situation they told me they could not allow me to exchange the item because they did not have it in the store. I explained that I simply just wanted to exchange it for another shoe. I work a lot and do not have time to go store to store until someone decides to help me. It was also not my fault that I was sent the wrong shoe. The focus should be to take care of the customer, especially when it’s your mistake to begin with."
"The store does not close until 7 PM but no one answered the phone and it was only 6:30. I called over five times back to back to ensure they can hold a sneaker and correct size for me, so I can exchange the ones I got for my daughter tomorrow but wanted to make sure they had them so I can just do a quick and easy exchange!!! Smh"
