"This is about KEVIN I called the facility to try to get an appointment my face is swollen and tooth is killing me THEY HAVE A GIY WHO ANSWER THE PHONE BY THE NAME OF KEVIN HE WAS VERY NASTY AND UNPROFESSIONAL HE WAS TRYING TO MOCK MY VOICE AND GET ME UPSET HE HUNG UP ON ME TWICE ONCE I STARTED TELLING HIM HOW NASTY HE IS … Because HE IS APPART OF THE LGBTQ COMMUNITY HE DECIDES TO ARGUE WITH ME ON THE PHONE IN A FEMALE TONE WHICH IS DISRESPECTFUL BECAUSE MY BESTFRIENDS ARE HAPPY MEN AS WELL AND STILL TREAT WOMEN LIKE WOMEN SO THIS IS NO DISCRIMINATION ANYTHING BUT THEY SHOW RESPECT AND DONT TRY TO ARGUE AND BULLY WOMEN BUT THEN HE. PROCEED TO ASK ME AM I DONE AND DISRESPECTING ME WAS SUCH A INSTANT REACTION FOR HIM I CAN TELL THIS IS WHAT HE DO IM GOING TO CALL 311 and many others to handle this situation and im going to keep calling to speak to the office manager because I feel totally violated knowing we are clients calling in pain and hurt and he still proceed to be nasty and disrespectful and hung u about 3 times"

"ZERO stars. Complete morons who work there. About a month ago I contacted them to schedule a visit. They took my insurance information and after verifying it said EVERYTHING WAS FINE.I go to my appointment waited and HOUR only to be told that I needed a referral. The whole point of verifying my insurance information was to advise if i needed a referral. They seem to care more about their grub hub orders than actually doing their job!"

"Horrible service!!! They make you wait in a little area with no AC. The capacity is minimum of 10 people and there was 20 people in this little area. Then you have an 8:30 appointment then you have to wait 2 to 4 hours to be seen. The dentist walks in @9am and there is only one dentist. All walk-ins go before the actual appointment because they came earlier, that is insane!!!! This place needs to do better or be shut down!!!! Dentist Daniel is the worst‼️"

"Horrible experience standing online since 6am to be skipped by a bunch of people than on top of everything I was the 9th person online when the employee came out she stated their only taking 10 people today and gave the number slips to people that was not online. I do not recommend this place unless you want to fight people and risk going to jail. Found a better place to go so thankful I have a car. Dentist gave me a referral and pain medication & antibiotics and filled some cavities."

"This is WALK IN clinic first 30 people are served, so if you come anytime after 7:30am you won’t be seen because people start making the line around 6:30am. But Let me tell you IT IS WORTH THE WAIT*!! Excellent Job. I got 3 extractions done here. THE surgeon was straight to the point and put me to sleep and i woke up 20min later on a chair no pain, no bleeding nothing. It was great my face was not even SWOLLEN like these other places do. If you are in pain, need removal ASAP and want a well done procedure DEFINITELY Come here and make your line !"
