"Worst office I have ever encountered. Slow service. Receptionist is always confused. This place needs new management or something. I am not sure why there is so many issues at this office. I would 150% recommend another place."
"It’s Awful, I waited 2 hours just to get brought to the room and still waited.. if there’s only one doctor they should schedule appointments 3 hours apart. Also they need to work on hygiene the floor is dirty and there’s a dead roach in the waiting area. The doctor does a good job other than that!!!"
"Confusion this morning over my appointment. I wasn't in the system after calling to make the appointment. The option for reimbursement was not an option! Had a good experience the first time I came, seemed like a totally different atmosphere today"
"If I could, I would give it no stars. This place has bad reviews for a reason!!! Avoid wasting your time and money by staying away from this place. The office personnel and the dentist who treated me were both very unprofessional and nasty. I started by speaking with the receptionist, a dark skinned woman. She denied that I had an appointment scheduled when, in fact, I had called to make one with her. Later, she was making smart Remarks when I went to talk to someone else about my appointment and the issue at hand. Like, seriously ? Second, the dentist who was treating me was nasty and impatient. He was whining and was very frustrated with me as he measured my second molar for a crown implant after receiving a root canal. Even raised his voice when measuring my tooth for the implant since I couldn't bite properly. I mean, seriously? Because of my underbite, it makes it difficult for me to bite properly. He should know that. He should be patient, especially given his line of work. and not stray from the path. worst experience of my life. The staff is really impolite and disrespectful. Please don't make the same mistake I did by coming here; instead, go somewhere else. Thankfully, I was able to switch offices and I am now happy with my new dentist! If you're reading this, please, I recommend to go somewhere else."
"I’ve been coming here for years, not because of the quality service but because I’ve been seen here since a kid and it was familiar, but I will never go back after the service I received today. I saw a new dentist whom I’d never seen before. She was rude as soon as she stepped foot in the room because she was overwhelmed, overbooked, didn’t have time for a bathroom break, and had to listen to patients complain about services they weren’t booked to receive; all in which she said in front of me (because I scheduled a cleaning and filling and they only had me down for a cleaning). She told me she wasn’t numbing my mouth for the filling, rushed through the whole procedure, was very aggressive, left my gums bleeding afterward, carelessly spilled liquid down my shirt and never apologized for it; it was an overall terrible experience. And the staff didn’t even want to provide me with her full name. NEVER AGAIN."
