Customer Service is lacking decency and effective communication, appraoched the receptionist and spoke to her twice saying hello and she did not acknowledge or speak to customer. The owner lacks effective customer service skills and countiuned to speak loudy towards customer complaint. Brought shoes in for repair last month costing $35 intially, two weeks later the heel was detached and paid an additional $15, a week later the heel is detached again. Went in to explain to owner the disappointment of having to repeatingly repair the shoes and owner denied that the shoe was repaired at his shop. I would not recommend this repair shop to anyone who believes they desire quality service!"
