"Entered and was all good shopping on our own doing our own thing but we waited 20 min for him to finish with 1 costumer. Honestly looked like he was flirting but he was just chatting too much. Once on line he says oh you need 1 more item cause theirs a deal so we get another item just to wait another 10 minutes. Same process again. Him chatting so much. Get on line again just to tell him oh it still gonna be same price after we were sent for another item to make it a discount basically wasting out time and funny enough another costumer was watching and waiting for the line also and just left their things and left. I work I’m costumer service and it should not take almost half a hour with 1 person. His name is Justin, Hispanic with glasses. Time was around closing of the day I’m posting."

"Went to this location to purchase shoes( several) my husband and I for work.. We walked in and out, I’m big on Customer Service being a Manager, No greet nor any help the associate was in a group just talking at least acknowledge us.. So you lost an major sale.. You never know.."

"Offers discount, but the staff member is too overwhelming - they check in with you every 5 minutes on how are you feeling about the shoes. That is not the shopping experience I want. Feeling very bothered after my visit. They should tone it down a LOT."
