"My wife went here for a routine cleaning but after being seen by the dentist, a finance worker came in explaining how much various unnecessary procedures would cost with no explanation from the dentist about whether or why any of these were needed. I've never heard of a dentist office sending in someone with no medical training to discuss procedures with you. They are trying to make money out of you by pulling the wool over your eyes, cramming down expensive procedures that insurance won't cover. Manipulative and unprofessional. Also watch out as they will charge you for not canceling 2 days in advance. I would have had no idea if not for my wife telling me after her visit, so I went ahead and canceled mine. No transparency."

"Have been coming here for almost 5 years. Love being known and remembered by the staff. Recently had an incredible cleaning with Dr. Sofiya and her assistant, Nichelle. They are masters with the tools and super considerate of my sensitive gums! Definitely recommended for your basic dental services!"

"Unless you can afford to reside on Central Park West, and have no issue swiping your card every 30 min to receive a necessary procedure, I would not recommend visiting this dentistry. I went in yesterday morning (10/8/23 @ 10am) bc I have been experiencing excruciating pain coming from one particular tooth. I chose this dentistry because they claimed to accept my insurance and were willing to accept me on such short notice. Before I was even seen I was told I had to pay a copay of $135. With my insurance I shouldn’t have had to pay a copay at all, let alone $135. That was just to be seen and have X-ray’s taken for an issue I was very well aware of. I was told the tooth needed to be extracted (with the pain I have been in the last 72 hrs and counting, I knew that.) I was then approached again and told that in order for the tooth to be extracted I would have to pay $550 at that moment and if I was interested in receiving a bone graft for a future tooth replacement, I would need to dish out $1500 total. I am typing this still in excruciating pain. This tooth is affecting my ability to eat, sleep, and properly function throughout the day. I am a single mother and at this point my daughter and I are both frustrated because she isn’t getting the Mommy she is used to. Antibiotics were prescribed and I was told to go to the ER. I was politely robbed of my precious time with my child, money I can not just dish out for NOTHING… This office will only smile in your face if you’re willing to pay for it at that moment. Otherwise it clear, they do not care about your oral health or your general health. In excruciating pain once again and highly upset. If you’re ever in a dental emergency DO NOT GO HERE."
