"I dont write reviews to often but in this case I felt like I needed to. I went in there last week looking to sell some sneakers that I had and had the pleasure of meeting John. When I tell you this man is knowledgeable, honest, very caring for his customers, just an all around great business man. I had prices in mind as to what I wanted for the sneakers and when I tell you he was within a few dollars of what I had in mind and when he went over exactly he comes up with the prices its in black and white there's no debating it. He gives you multiple options on what they are able to do your product and you have the decision to move foward or not. No pressure into buying anything at all. Kids were in the store just getting ready for school and just the way this establishment is with their customers is second to none. They have a wide range of shoes and are willing to work with you in any way, shape, or form if they're able to do so. If you are in the Bergen county area this place is definitely worth checking out. No bad reviews about this place and now I see why. I had also asked about the one bad review they had and just wanted to know what happened because the review does not match the description of this place. After talking with the guys and heating EXACTLY what happened, it was a disgruntled customer that didn't get his way. And it's a shame they are allowed to leave bad reviews like that because it will deter people from going there. I just want to end this by saying my first experience there was fantastic and John is a top notch businessman, go check them out!"
