"If I could give these people zero stars I would. They do not care about your time and they are the definition of INCOMPETENT. Extremely long waiting times only for them to realize that "oh by the way, we made a mistake and you cant be seen today, ooppps". AVOID this place at all costs. Its quite unfortunate that this place has turned out like this. What a mess!"

"The staff is extremely rude, disrespectful, the female in charge of billing is a crook, as well as dr svelana, watch out for her, she love to hit you with a root canal, and a crown, to scam the insurance company, even when you only have a very small cavity!! RIP OFF AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL!"

"I have no words to describe how much I regret having this dental office work on my teeth. I am now having to spend throusands of dollars to fix work they didn't do properly. During my college years I was on a medicaid dental plan and this place was close so I decided to go to them. WORST MISTAKE EVER. They did a bunch of root canals and fillings on my teeth. On 3 different occassions I had a filling fall out within 2 weeks of them placing it (which according to them is normal and happens sometimes, I didn't know any better but now I do). At some point they tried to get me to pay $1200 for laser surgery on my gums (and even made me apply for care credit on the spot and tried to pressure me to do it on that same visit) which I was later told by 2 other dentist that I absolutely did not need it. Now a few years later I got better insurance through a job and my new dentist showed me on the x-rays that the fillings weren't done correctly so I now have cavities growing under the fillings they did, and 2 of the root canals they did (only like 3 years ago mind you) have become infected at the root and were so so poorly done that it cannot even be fixed so I am now having to replace those teeth with implants (which are very expensive). My advise to you reading this review is please go somewhere else, the work at this office is cheap but it will cost you so much more down the road. Other dentists I have seen are even surprised that these people are still allowed to practice and work on other people's teeth."

"I have dealt with impacted wisdom teeth for a long time....thought they were giving my son good service so I decided to try them out. Worst cleaning ever. I have cavities that were not acknowledged and have been in their care for about 2 months with no pain relief. I have specifically said the 800 MG ibuprofen does not work, I've been told it does. And have been prescribed amoxocillin AGAIN. My son has been told he needs surgery .... supposedly had 3 cavities filled but has had 2nd opinions and told he does not need surgery but has at least 6 more cavities. Also my insurance has told me personally they do not know basic codes for referrals,procedures etc. Damn shame low income health and dental care is like this"
