"I was referred to Dr. Horowitz by a colleague years ago. A different dentist tried to convince me that I needed a deep cleaning and needed it immediately for thousands of dollars. I take care of my teeth and decided to get a second opinion. Best decision ever. The hygienist at WSDG confirmed that their cleanings are thorough and that I did not need an invasive procedure. A few years after that, they fit me in last minute for an emergency. They are out of network for my major dental insurance. I suggest anyone who needs to have anything done always check with your insurance on cost via a pre-treatment estimate. I’ve never had an issue with scheduling. They email, call and text reminders. The women at the front desk are lovely and helpful. Appointments book up quickly but they will always attempt to accommodate changes. I recently had a crown replaced with Dr. Truong and she explained what she was doing throughout the procedure and was very gentle. She and the tech were so thorough and spent time matching the crown color to my teeth. They have amazing technology, everyone is pleasant and I trust their expertise."
