I was waiting for 50 minutes to be seen, the doctor is a very rude person and the treatment rooms are not completely clean, on the outside it appears to be a clean building but inside it is totally different. This place has terrible service and the reviews always try to blame the patient. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!"

"The staff was nice to me. Unfortunately I don’t believe that I recieved a proper cleaning by the hygienist. And I realized that the this is how tools looked AFTER my cleaning. I’ve had cleanings done before but the tools never looked like this after the process was completed. I hope they sterilized their tools. I do admit that the examination rooms looked a bit dirty and are due for a cleaning."

Before saying something first learn what is the law with the patient permission you can release any information as specially when patient is telling to help you and he was my son who was helping me to understand the problem because you didn’t had any Hindi language translator."

"This is a place, I would not recommended to no body that really cares about been treated as a human being. This a place is for someone who wants express service and bad quality. I went to this place for a regular clean up then after I was ask to have a deep cleaning witch I agreed but the worked performed was a bad quality, one of the filling requested was out in 2 weeks. Furthermore this is a gas station place. they don’t really take their time to give a personalized attention but instead they rushed you out to take the next patient. Now. One after they have sent me a bill because my insurance did not pay them for the services. I did call the insurance to find out what was the reason of not payment. The insurance agent explained that Ismile had performed a gum debased treatment. So cal then back to provide me proof of I was with a gum disease at time I was at the. Dental care. Up today I have no received any response for the manager of this dental Care. When I was advised to wait for a phone call. Never go to this place"
