"The staff is so welcoming and very very helpful!! Thanks guys and thanks to Michelle for helping me select the shoes I want! She was very patient and helpful. She also showed me different options in the style I liked."
"My wife and I searched everywhere for a pair of Jaxon95's. Amazingly they had a pair. Maria the salesperson told my wife that she noticed us because I was kneeling and putting the shoes on my wife's feet. Three weeks later we walked in and she immediately said hello and said she remembers us. Since then we have been there a dozen times in the past 6 months and Maria has been so welcoming."
"Called ahead to ask about selection and pricing, and Julianna sent me pictures of everything in the store! It was fantastic and definitely helped me make a decision going in. They also told me what was on sale and a ballpark of how much things would be."
"Very bad customer service! I wanted a backpack that when I saw it the first time they could have said it was the last one. Instead they said they had more. When I came back to the store later on I didn’t see the backpack. It was behind the counter & the salesperson said it was on the side for a customer on the phone who had asked for a video of the store’s products and had placed the backpack on hold. She checked for more and said it was the last one nationwide. First of all, there was no customer on the phone. No one was on the phone. Second of all, the whole video story was shady. I was the customer who made the trip there & was there in person! Obviously, the backpack was for herself and not for any other customer. She played along by asking me to write my name down & call me back in case the other customer didn’t want it. When I called back to inquire, they didn’t answer the phone until the third time, & answered rudely (not like a retail store should answer). Of course the backpack was sold to the invisible customer. Hope she enjoys her backpack!"
"I would give a ZERO if I got the option. Shame on the manager Christine and the security Ryan!!! The security guard let us wait under the sun with over 90 degree, so we move 3 feet right and wait under the shade, he definitely knows we are there. Then a women directly went to the door and the security let her in!!! We knocked the door and asked him what is going on, he said since you don’t wait in front of the door, that lady is the first one. That is ridiculous. I asked to see his manager Christine. She said she doesn’t care, the security is doing the right way and this is for our safety. I wonder what kind of safety this is for? Is this the way you treat your customer? Or is this because that lay is a white person and I am an Asia? I went to the management office of Woodbury and they said this is not the first time it happens. I will file a complain to your coop company in New York area, send emails to Woodbury outlet general manager, and call your regional manager until this issue was solved! Good luck and shame on both of you!"
