"One of the worst customer service provided by Erin from this store. She seems least interested in helping customer. Went here to buy a shoe, asked for 9 or 9.5. She said we have o ly 9. Another associate got 9.5 when asked again. The 9.5 was a bit damaged so asked Erin to see if we can get a replacement, she said we dont have another 9.5 which is fine. I asked if she can check in American dream mall and she profoundly refused saying we cant look so far. When asked if we can get a number for American Dream mall Aldo, she said we dont have it. Pathetic customer service from this person as she is least interested in helping customers. Management needs to show her the door and make her realize customer service is the key to retain more business. Will never recommend this location to anyone."
