"Update: it’s 2023 and I’m still traumatized by what Dr Vivian Graham did to me. Please seek treatment elsewhere, I kindly and strongly explore all patients to steer clear. Please look at the numerous 1 star reviews and the obnoxious business replies. I have no doubt all 5 start reviews are bots. ———— This is a review based on my shocking experience at Modern Microendodontics. Specifically with Dr. Graham. After having terrible pain from an unfinished root canal (done at the Hoboken office). I was directed to the head clinician Dr. Vivian Graham, at the Floraham Park office. I sat in the chair and was assured by Dr. Graham everything will be fine and the work will be finished and she will take care of the pain, she gave me a shot to make me numb, turned around started confronting me in an aggressive manner about a negative review I previously left her clinic online! I have left work to travel an hour in the middle of the day to see the doctor for an emergency visits, to get an injection and promise the pain will be dealt with and the root canal finished, but that wasn’t the case. I was brought to the office to get a shot and be shamed for a bad review. I explained the doctor I was sorry and will take off whatever she wants, I had been in a lot of pain from that root canal and missed several days of work, at that point she replied that if I think I’m so smart let me figure out myself how to fix this situation and get out of her office. Please keep in mind, she sent me on my way with half of my face numb. This is the craziest scenario ever happened to me. I left shocked, this is a terrible situation that have happened and I’m still traumatized from what happened. I understand if the doctor didn’t feel comfortable treating me, she doesn’t have to. But to make one get out of work to drive an hour away with the promise of fixing things to only administer a shot and confront you while you are at that helpless situation is not only unprofessional but flat out insane. No one should be treated like this. Please DO NOT go there. "Referred to Dr Graham for a root canal. Front office extremely efficient and professional. Hygienist Jasmine-made me feel relaxed! Dr. Graham described the procedure, worked very efficiently and methodically to deliver top notch service! Used clamp and tent and I had no gum soreness at all: amazed! Made sure I was completely numb. The whole process went flawlessly! This is an excellent group to go to for root canal."
