Chipotle Mexican Grill

"My girlfriend was in line before me, saw what she ordered. Basic burrito single meat. My girl has social anxiety, so she was scared to question the number which was $18. Portions were 1/2 what they were the last time. We were annoyed but accepted the fact, then she grabbed her burrito and all the food fell out the bottom. Burrito with 1/2 the portion poorly wrapped. Pancheros for life. Chipotle needs to go outta business thanks Biden. God bless America"

"i don't show up to chipotle expecting a five-star dining experience so i normally wouldn't complain, but i've been having consistently terrible experiences at this location. they are ALWAYS out of multiple ingredients, lucky for me it usually ends up being all the toppings i normally get. if it was one time i would move on but it's frequent. the stuff they do have is usually underseasoned and/or undercooked (hard rice, bland chicken). i think there are just problems with staffing, training, and ordering at this location. the employees are usually nice but seem constantly overwhelmed. i gave it a few chances but i'm just gonna give up and drive to voorhees next time"

"I got here the first day to try it out. The food was awesome, as usual! The employees were very kind and efficient. They definitely knew what they were doing. Great job everyone, our family will certainly be back! Update: Not as good as day one, every Chipotle has gotten skimpy on the meat, this location is now no different. Chips are often stale too, unless just made."

"Craved Chipotle for Netflix & Chill night about 7:30pm and went to my favorite one(until now) When I got there I asked what timed they closed(10pm). All 4 front line employees looked miserable and unhappy to be there and the place reflected so! The food was low and the seating area was a mess!! Against my first mind, I ordered 2 rice bowls, one with beef one with pork with all the fixings except guacamole because they are always out! Needless to say, I have been ill since about 11pm last night and had to call out of work because I cannot leave the bathroom! I tossed the other bowl!! And to be clear, my overall rating is 0 but there wasn't an option! Never again!"

"I love Chipotle and I couldn't wait until this location opened. I usually go inside so I can see them make my food. Today, I ordered on the app and picked up at the window (I live 5 minutes away). I spent $75 on my family food. My hard shell tacos were soggy, they forgot my sour cream and my kids burritos were so filled, the wrap bust open. They had to eat them with a fork. I know the place just opened and some employees are learning, but why give someone a burrito that has clearly bust out of the foil when another piece of foil would have solved that? I think they are so busy and they rush to keep up. Word of advice; when making a burrito that has a lot of items on it, be careful of how much you add to the burrito. Make sure it will close properly."
