"I went to this taco bell buy the box for $10.55 the food was cold the chalupa was so hard I could believe it. Is a shame , managers please check the timers throw away food from the bin that are old don't serve old food. Please"

"Was one of two cars in the drive thru. Ordered a beefy 5 layer burrito, a chicken quesadilla and a Baja blast. Nothing crazy. Chicken quesadilla was cold, wasn't cut, and barely had chicken in it. I put it in my oven at home, but should have had it replaced, but because I ate a bite, I didn't do so. The beefy 5 layer burrito wasn't what I ordered at all. It had chicken, tomatoes and potatoes in it. I also did not get a receipt. I called the store and the woman on the phone seemed like she didn't care. I told her I was coming back to replace the burrito. I get there, and the young man behind the counter said they were backed up, which didn't feel like was the truth since when I returned there were no cars in the drive thru and only one couple inside, but he replaced my burrito. I rarely get fast food, and this is probably the reason why. This isn't the first bad experience I've had at this taco bell, and I usually brush off bad experiences, but this was really unacceptable."
"Just got Mexican Pizza today and.... Very very disappointing.. very sloppy job to make veggie pizza...hardly any beans in it...please see pics. Could have done a better job , first day back."
