"Probably should have skimmed the reviews first. Moving to the area from Philly, I called multiple times to ensure my dental insurance covered a basic cleaning as I found this practice was included as an in-network provider. I was assured by office staff (after providing sensitive personal information prior to my visit over the phone/filling out paperwork in person) that there would be no charge as my insurance covered the visit. Went in for a teeth cleaning (which included nothing other than a “looks good”) and received a bill in the mail for $95, what a joke. Thankfully I didn’t need any other services besides this!"
"They have always been accommodating with my schedule and when I've had dental emergencies they were able to get me into the office as quick as possible."
"0 STARS!!!…..This “dental office” is a used car dealership. I went in for a regular cleaning (paying cash out of pocket). They immediately attempted to ameliorate the bill with upgrades as soon as I sat in the chair. I have FULL X-rays that are only 18 months old, guess what? According to the mouth mechanics there I needed “new basic ones” Even more comical, the regular normal cleaning I was scheduled for was “only going to do harm” and I needed a upgrade to a “deep” cleaning to handle my disease ravaged mouth and gums for an additional $200 dollars. Finally, and most hilarious, they refused to give me a normal cleaning and stated I can make another appointment at another time for that special “deep” cleaning. (FUN FACT** I am 40 years old with not one single cavity or any advanced dental procedures in my entire life) Do you, your family, your better spent time in a professional dental office and your wallet a great service and resolve to pass on this mouth mechanic garage. My girlfriend has been a “customer” for several years, she was appalled at how I was treated today. As a result, she will be canceling all future appointments. We will be contacting Dr Paul Goodman in Pville with hopes of scheduling something soon with a real professional."
"I have gone here for years and finally have had enough with the receptionists. I constantly have a problem getting ahold of someone and I don't recieve a call back when I leave a voicemail. I called my dental insurance and I know what my coverage is. they tried charging me for something my insurance completely covers. They forgot twice to send paperwork in to my insurance company. Before I switched dentists, I explained all the issues I have been having and the only thing I got was well I dont know what you want me to do about it.it's a shame because the dentists and the hygienist are great."
"If you are in pain or need to be treated like a human do NOT go here. I waited all weekend with pain to see a doctor on Monday morning. I was a new patient they fit me in at 11am. Waited for 2 hours so the doc can look at the xray and refer me somewhere else cuz it’s too complicated of a root canal because it’s curved. Was supposed to get pain meds and antibiotic called in. Called them several times each time telling them that I’m in pain and need the perscription. Each time I got doctor is busy - will call it in at end of day..... we’ll its Now 5:21pm office closed at 4pm. My pharmacy still doesn’t have a perscription. COME ON! Why couldn’t I just get a written perscription? Answer from the secretary the doctor likes to call them in. I’m sorry but when someone has been in pain for 2 days waiting several more hours for relief is just unacceptable."
