"I went to Carmen’s salon in Lakewood and they completely ruined my hair. I tried to go about it privately and we came to the agreement when I was ready she would help me get my hair back healthy but now she states she believes her stylist. I had thick healthy hair. Now since I have been here my hair sheds .. and it is a complete different texture. It lost all its volume that I had and they are not admitting they put something in their hair products to make my hair more manageable to do. If you have thick hair DO NOT go to them . They will ruin your hair. Since this experience I have been sharing with so many people that they damaged my hair and they also said they do not go there because their natural hair resulted in the same thing . DO NOT GO HERE !"
