Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Place closes at 10 pm, but if you get there after 9:30 1)these employees are already packing up and ready to go. I get it. 2) They are likely to have run out of several items. Understandable, I suppose. For some reason, they never have salad dressing when I go there. The last two times I ordered a salad, I did not find out they had no dressing until after I paid for my salad order. Tonight I was smart enough to ask about dressing before hand so that I could opt to eat elsewhere."

"I've been coming to this chipotle for awhile now over the years but recently this place has been at its worst. Besides the smoke rushing through the place making it hard to breathe there is no ice, juices, napkins or forks to be found. Aswell the food was so bland. I am honestly dissapointed. It seemed like salt or seasoning wasn't apart of my bowl one bit. understanding it can be hectic sometimes due to this being a fast food chain but honestly these certain issues shouldn't be a problem at any facility under a good management."

"I go here pretty often, and I absolutely love it. The food is clean, and the restaurant has a nice atmosphere. The only thing is, the workers seem to be unorganized. They are sometimes charging me more than I should’ve, or received the wrong food. Overall, I recommend this place because they usually will not mess up and their burrito bowls are delicious."

"DO NOT EAT HERE. Ordered takeout and portions were unacceptably small. Barely HALF the bowl was filled. The burrito bowls were poorly put together. What a mess. Do NOT eat here unless you absolutely need to. Management must make changes to the staff’s training. Do not recommend."

"I mean it's Chipotle. It's fast food. I don't have unrealistic expectations of what I'm getting. This one though, I've just been having bizarre experiences lately when it comes to the food and service, particularly when it comes to in-person ordering. For a while I stopped going there for burritos because whoever was folding them would do it in such a way that there was a line of tortilla running through the center of burrito, like almost making a flat burrito and then for some reason folding it in half? I'm not entirely sure how this happened. I encountered this on online orders, and saw one of the workers do this on a day I happened to order there. I've also had trouble with doing a double protein order when I go into the store. I like having steak and chicken and will sometimes want a full portion of each rather than 1/2 and 1/2. Online, there's no issue: you pay a little extra, like 11 dollars vs 18 dollars. I went in for luncb yesterday, though, and was puzzled to see it come out to 25.80, which is more than twice the price of a single burrito. When I asked, the cashier shrugged it off as "You asked for double protein, so that's two chicken and two steak." Since when has double protein involved four portions of meat??? I didn't fight him on it, but I did witness him do the same thing with a couple that ordered after me who also ordered double protein, who were a little more willing to take up a Karen attitude. And honestly? Good for them."
