"This place is going to going out of business due to their bad service. I’ve gone here three times since they’ve opened and I won’t go back again. They’ve given me wrong orders twice and the most recent time I placed a mobile order, waited 30 minutes before going to pick it up only to be told to park and wait another 15 minutes. I’m sure they did not even notice my mobile order until I got there. I put in a complaint through Taco Bell and a checked their option for a follow up which I never received. Just sad."

"I placed an online order but accidentally placed it at the wrong Taco Bell. The ladies at the front were all so helpful in trying to get me to cancel my order and when they were not successful they just made the order for me which was very nice. I took my order and once I got home I smelled beef in my order. I immediately took my order back so they can remake it. When I gave it to the lady (I think she was the manager) she started going through the bag to make sure I wasn’t lying. Then she proceeds to tell me that there’s no beef in my order. I showed her the big piece of meat that was right on top of the burrito where I placed it for her to see. Then she proceeded to playing with the meat in her hands and sniff it as if I was lying to her. Then she tells me “I knew the minuted I gave you your food that you were going to come back” you’ve been back a few times before. Yes you know me. Because I eat here all the time! But the fact you only know me because I bring things back is ridiculous! That means you guys aren’t doing your jobs right. No Taco Bell gives me free food. I pay for it and therefore want what I ordered instead of being told “ we only put one scoop of beans, 4 fingers of lettuce and 2 fingers of cheese” or “I knew you were going to come back” not saying that it’s their mistake. They definitely want you to spend your money for just a bare tortilla for sure! These places have got to get better. They got a 2 rating because the initial niceness but that went down fast! Try harder Taco Bell"

"There is nothing in my chalupa. If you plan on cutting cost - please don’t made the customer suffer. This Taco Bell isn’t good."

"It almost seems like the employees are trying to sabotage this business. 4/4 orders have been wrong, the last order someone placed an used napkin inside my order, it appears they wiped a counter with it and placed inside my bag."

"Very poor service and food was lousy. The food was stall and smells bad, when we want to customer service he reheated and give it back. After we told him that it smells same, he laughed at say how do you know by smelling it's bad. Very poor way to handle customer and very bad to laughed at us. We ate and smell so we know it's bad."
