"My parents ordered takeout & ordered 2 large Horchata drinks. They are spoiled, as you can clearly see in the picture, looks disgusting.Called & since paid in cash they said they’d refund me next time I go in. I don’t live nearby so this is disappointing. Manager & staff should be more aware of the items they sell because it’s food. The food & service is usually good so I will edit my post once I get my refund."
