"I made appointments on the website for my 3 daughters beginning at 10AM. I show up at 9:55 and there is another gentleman waiting there. He had an appointment at 9:45AM. The store is closed and the lights are off. The owner did not show up until 10:20, and claimed she doesn’t open until 10:30. There was a line out of the door of people waiting for their appointments. I could not wait any longer as I was far down the line of people waiting. This is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. I will not use them ever again"

"I called last minute to see if they take walk-in’s and they told me to come on in. I arrived in minutes because I happened to be in the area and found them by doing a Google search for salons near me. I was greeted with warm smiles, and genuine kindness. I sat down right away, told her what I wanted, and she delivered! I didn’t get her name, but I am very happy with my trim and long layers! She listened to what I wanted, and gave me exactly that! Love it! I will definitely be back!!! And you cannot beat the price! They can definitely expect allot of referrals from me! Great experience, I highly recommend!"
