"I have been impressed with the quality of the clothing at Vineyards Vines and today from the moment I walked into their store on Third Avenue and 67th Street, Que, one of their salespeople became my personal shopper! Que was wonderfully helpful and assisted me in picking out a few pairs of pants! What I like about Vineyard Vines is the store seems to be welcoming to people of all ages."

"This location is not shopper-friendly. Numerous issues at the Grand Central store make this a place to ignore. I've purchased items from this store several times and there are always issues. Today, the store did not open on time (Saturday at 10AM). I walked to Macy's so I could purchase shoes I needed. I returned to Vineyard Vines to purchase school clothes for my children. It was difficult to find merchandise with different sizes on the shelves. Several items were stocked with a single size, or the tags were missing. Shirts and caps were covered with dust. One staff person did her best to find clean, dust-free clothing in the correct sizes. She needed to go into a stock room by the register to get what I needed. I then tried to check out and the process was slow because tags were missing or the item was not in their system (for whatever reason). To make thing more inconvenient, they ask whether I've shopped there previously. Yes, we shop at this location and at the Austin Texas store. The checkout person takes 5 minutes searching via last name and zip code then says he can't find our history. They were able to find our information several times in the past. Whatever. And to make things even more inconvenient, their payment processing doesn't work on the first attempt. They try to manually enter my card info and declined again. I get frustrated and pay in cash. The guy places two stickers in my bag---again, whatever. I call my bank and there is plenty of money, as I've been in NYC all week and have used the same card with no problem. My bank's security department said the card info supplied at Vineyard Vines was incorrect, so it was locked to prevent fraud. HEY THANKS FOR THAT!!!! My bank eventually unlocked my card so I could return home (flying out today). This is the last time I visit this store. I'd rate this place 0 stars if it was possible."

"Ordered a tie from their online store, and it arrived so wrinkled that it would need to be dry cleaned to be wearable. Sent it back and ordered a replacement. I bought the original tie with a discount and their rep tried to charge me the full price for a replacement. In any case, get the replacement and again the tie is so wrinkled that it looks like they drench it in water before shipping. Called them again, asking if perhaps they could figure out a way of shipping it without destroying it in the process. And once again they tried to charge me full price for the replacement! Last time I'm ordering anything from them - poor customer service."
