"Took my car there for alignment and to install one new tire. When I returned 2 hours later I saw a mechanic trying to lift my car on an ordinary lift. He speak only Chinese so I could not ask what was happening. When he saw me he pretended to be doing something but then he just pulled the arms back out and backed the car up.Then the woman came and tried to explain to me using a transalator. She said that parts might need replacing unknowing to them i replaced the whole suspension thats y i needed alignment, she Charged me 150$. When I went to test drive it the steering was off the same way I dropped off the car. I went back to tell them and they ignored me and had me waiting so I left. When I got home the new tire went flat. I'm so sick of these thieves they call mechanics in ny. This place is the perfect example of why I don't trust people working on my car. I don't normally leave reviews for businesses, but this place is a dam joke. BEWARE when they say they do work on your car, have some record of before and after. they are blood sucking parasites"
