"Awful customer service. Shirt didn’t fit. No biggie. Trying to return it. As per their website you are supposed to email them first (why?). I did. Not response for 3 days. Then they responded “did you want a different style/size” - I said no, just want to return it. No response since. So I’m going to have to pay to return it and I’m 50/50 if they’ll actually return my money. Seems scammy so far."
