Kenny was extremely helpful and has great customer service, we're a family of 5 and from out of state and all of us came out with a Nice heavy duty jacket thanks to the customer service Kenny gave us ! I highly recommend this Location. It all boils down to the great management they have here ."

"Advertising is false. Management are unethical. Absolute disgrace to the Superdry brand. Don’t visit this store, you will waste time shopping only to be denied the price advertised on the goods at the paypoint. See attached photos- the management insisted that the price I must pay is full retail. How in earth can they say this? I wanted to pay the discounts US34,95. They insisted I must pay US49,95 and US54,95. This is dishonest and unethical . Don’t visit this place!"

"The UK brand with a cult following in the US has a flagship store in the northern part of Time Square in NYC. I personally love the bright orange color used by Superdry (it helps me avoid getting run over while walking in a big city like NYC), and the prices are very reasonable for the Chinese made, Japanese inspired, European clothing products (very confusing). The 2-story store is packed with clothing items for men, women, and children. As others have mentioned, there is a very large sales section, so most likely you will find items at this flagship store with a huge discount (even better prices than online). Beware of the funny European sizing at the store though. I'm typically a L/XL size in the US, and somehow the 3XL at Superdry fits me well."
